These terms govern your use of the HRC Trading Limited website. By using the site you accept them. They are not a contract of sale.
2. Information on this site
Descriptions of minerals, capabilities and processes are provided for general information. Availability, grade, quantity and price are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. A binding obligation arises only when HRC issues a written offer and both parties sign a contract, or when HRC accepts a purchase order in writing.
4. Trade terms
Port of loading, quantity, pricing, Incoterms and payment terms are agreed per transaction and specified in the contract. The website does not publish fixed terms.
5. Compliance
HRC trades only through documented, traceable channels. Buyers and suppliers are expected to comply with applicable Nigerian export, customs and anti-money-laundering requirements, and with the law of their own jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual property
The HRC name, emblem, text and design on this site belong to HRC Trading Limited. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or conducting business with us; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
7. Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, HRC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Third-party links
Where we link to another site (for example WhatsApp), we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or privacy practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction.
